We are looking to recruit a number of Invigilators to join our exams team.

These are flexible positions, for which full training will be given, with the opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team. During examinations you will supervise students taking both external and internal exams, in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations. You may also be required to facilitate students’ Reasonable Adjustments where necessary.

Applicants should be reliable and friendly with a flexible approach to work. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team. You will need the ability to express a confident and reassuring presence to candidates in the exam rooms.

Ivanhoe School | Teacher of Science

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic science teacher to join our team in August. This role would require a candidate that is able to teach all biology, chemistry and physics at KS3 and KS4 level (preferably biology or physics specialist). Ivanhoe School | Teacher of Physical Education

We are looking to recruit for the start of the Autumn Term 2025, a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher of PE. We are interested in recruiting a teacher who has the ability to teach high quality lessons in the full range of age and ability at our 11 – 16 years. This post is suitable for either experienced PE teachers or ECTs.

It is an occupational requirement that the post holder be male in order to teach boys PE lessons. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.

The successful candidate should be able to teach across the full range of core PE activities and will have experience of teaching Cambridge National Sports Studies and GCSE PE. In addition, all members of the department team contribute significantly to our extra-curricular programme and the ideal candidate will be keen to do the same.

Ivanhoe School | Administrative Assistant

We have an exciting vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join Ivanhoe School on a temporary basis. This role is term time only and working 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Heads PA, you will be responsible for ensuring administrative processes and systems within the department are adhered to.

Ivanhoe School | Premises Officer
