Ivanhoe School | Exams Officer & Data Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Exams Manager and Data Assistant to ensure that all student examinations are effectively planned and organised in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate input of all exams and mock results into the school’s tracking system and will be the main point of contact for student examinations within the school. The postholder will also be responsible for ensuring the college’s data is accurate and up-to-date, in the absence of the Data Manager. The postholder will also be responsible for the additional duties of First Aider and Fire Marshal when required.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of working in the education sector and experience of working in a data environment. A good working knowledge of data processes in a school or similar environment, combined with the ability to establish effective working relationships with staff at all levels and with outside agencies is essential.

Ashby School | Administrative Officer

Ashby School is looking to add to its administrative team!

We are a large and busy secondary school and are looking to add capacity to our administrative team. The primary focus of the role will be facilitation of our payroll and personnel systems. However, the role will also work flexibility to support our broader administrative functions in particular to provide support for any necessary cover arrangements and to also train in the support of our educational visit coordinator.

Ibstock School | Examinations Manager

As part of our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, organised and efficient examinations manager to join our team. This is a crucial role for the school involving managing all aspects of the school’s internal and external examination systems, as well as facilitating/assisting with the production and interpretation of school data.

As examinations manager, you will possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are key as the role will involve liaising with, supporting and providing guidance to a wide range of people including senior leaders, other colleagues, exam invigilators, students and parents/carers on both a one-to-one basis and to larger audiences. Ivanhoe School | Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our talented and supportive team to supervise prepared lessons in the absence of a class teacher, ensuring that students’ learning and development is continued and maintained.

This role is suitable if you enjoy working with young people and thrive on every day being different and/or if you are someone who has always wondered whether you would be suited to a career in education this is a fantastic opportunity for you to find out and gain valuable experience. This role may be particularly suitable for a graduate looking for classroom experience prior to undertaking teaching training or equally someone with existing experience within education. We provide a high level of continuing professional development regardless of experience.

Classroom experience is desirable but not essential, the confidence to supervise a class is equally important.

During cover lessons your role will be to ensure all students understand the task which has been set and are engaged with learning. You will also be expected to manage the behaviour of the class when covering in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy. It will be essential to work with the students to ensure they are getting the most out of the lesson and to facilitate their learning as much as possible.

We are seeking a full time (37 hours per week) experienced & Qualified childcare practitioner to work at Teddies Nursery, LiFE Multi-Academy Trust who has energy and enthusiasm and enjoys working supportively with young people to start as soon as possible. Childcare practitioner is a challenging job and the person appointed will need to be committed, creative, dynamic and willing to work hard. We will need you to have stamina and a sense of humour.
